High Strength Arnica, Comfrey and Calendula Balm. Massage a small amount of the balm into muscles and joints 3-4 times a day. The balm is an oil based product designed to be absorbed into the skin quickly when used in small amounts. Arnica should not be used on broken skin as it may sting. Do not use if pregnant.
This is a herbal product, not homeopathic which means it has a high herbal content. Homeopathic products are based on different principles and contain highly diluted herbal ingredients. To determine the herbal content, always check the ingredients list. Manufacturers of cosmetic products must list the product’s full ingredients list in order of quantity. The first ingredient is the one with largest quantity in the formulation. The best way to compare cosmetic products is to compare the ingredients lists and not the packaging or marketing material the company puts out.

Free UK delivery
Orders placed before 1pm are usually despatched the same day (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays when despatch is on the next working day). With Royal Mail 2nd Class Standard, delivery can be expected within 2-5 working day. We always obtain proof postage which shows the customer’s postcode.
You will receive an email from us to say the order has been despatched.
UK recorded delivery
If you order before 1pm, your order will be despatched the same day excluding weekends and Bank Holidays.
If you order after 1pm we will do our best to despatch the same day but we guarantee that it will be despatched the next working day. With Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded, delivery can be expected within 1-2 working day and most often items arrive the next working day.
You will receive an email from us to say the order has been despatched providing the tracking number.
UK Next day service
If you order before 1pm, your order will be despatched the same day excluding weekends and Bank Holidays.
If you order after 1pm we will do our best to despatch the same day but we guarantee that it will be despatched the next working day.

International Customers:
Depending on where in the world you are ordering from we offer different delivery options which you can select at checkout. Alternatively, you can choose eBay’s Global Delivery Network.
For Europe – We use Royal Mail Signed for service. It usually takes 5-7 working days but delivery times vary from country to country. You will receive an email from us to say the order has been despatched and providing the tracking number.
We are confident you will be pleased with your purchase. However, we know that there may be occasions when you will need to return items to us.
Non Receipt of Items - UK
In the rare event that you have not received your items you must let us know within 14 days from the estimated delivery date. Once we know you have not received your item we will investigate the matter internally and with our carriers.
The majority of orders sent via Royal Mail are received within 1-3 working days from the despatch date. However, Royal Mail can class parcels as lost only after 15 working days. We cannot investigate, resend or refund before the 15 working days from the despatch date have passed.
If you have still not received your order by the 15th working day, please contact us via eBay and we will do our best to put things right.
Non Receipt of Items - International
For international deliveries we use Royal Mail international tracked services. If the tracking number shows the parcel as delivered, we cannot refund or resend the order. Any orders where the tracking number does not confirm delivery will be investigated and dealt with on a case by case basis. Any returns would be at the cost of the buyer.
Items Damaged in Transit
If your item is damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us within 7 working days. If the damage is visible, sign the carrier's delivery note accordingly. Items should be returned in their original packaging. We may ask you for a photographic evidence of the damage instead. Once received, we'll issue a replacement or a full refund to you via your original payment method.
If You Change Your Mind (DSR)
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have a statutory duty throughout the period of cancellation to retain possession of the goods that have been delivered and to take reasonable care of them.
You must return the goods to us at your own expense. You must take reasonable care to ensure that we receive the goods and the goods are not damaged in transit. If we receive the returned goods in damaged condition or they have been used, we have the right to withhold a refund.

We are a UK family business formulating and producing natural products. All our products were created initially to meet family and friends’ needs.
We used to work with leather making theatre props and small leather accessories. We couldn’t find a conditioner that didn’t leave greasy marks on untreated leather so we created our own. That’s way our leather balsam is excellent on aniline (untreated or minimally treated) leather. Our rugby playing son gets the inevitable little bruises now and again.
