Returns policy
We understand that sometimes problems occur, and will refund anything that is returned within 14 days from date of arrival, UNOPENED and arrives back in the SAME condition as we sent it. We will not refund postage, unless any problems are our causing or the item are established by our engineers to be faulty. All upgrade postal services which are delivered are not refunded.
Return of items is at the customer’s risk, since we have no way of controlling the safe return.

We offer several time options, as shown in the listing, from Free to Fast and in between, select the one that suits your need. Orders after 14:00 are sent next working day (Not Saturday Sunday or Bank Holidays) There are delays in some places, particularly with letters, and you will need to upgrade if requirement is urgent. Currently if orders are delayed it is mostly about 5-6 WORKING days, but more than 98.7% are on time. Refund will be made not later than 30 days in the event of such delays, as a term of listing.
