A wonderful Victorian Parasol made of Cream Silk with a Pale Green Silk edging. It is lined with a beautiful cream silk and has more of the green silk inside around the top part of the handle.

Inside at the top of the mechanism there is the name of the maker

S. Fox & Co Limited which are from London, England.

It has an amazing twisted Bamboo Handle and has a Cream tassel that hangs down from the handle.

This Parasol would make a fantastic addition to a collection or a Victorian era display.

Length from Top to Handle - 90cm

Condition:

There are some splits in the silk, which you can see in the Photographs.

This is to be expected with the age of the Parasol.

The open and close mechanism is in good working order.
