Poster Information
We have tested all of our posters to ensure that our customers will be satisfied with the quality of our prints.
We Print our posters at 300 dpi Which is double from industry standard of 150 dpi. This will make the artwork really high quality!
We took time to find the perfect suppliers for our Ink & Paper.
For Ink we only use genuine Pigment inks and for our paper we tested over 25 different brands and found one that this will ensure the poster will survive at least 100 years from direct sunlight. However because paper is really fragile we always recommend that you put your poster inside a frame if possible.
Please Note not all posters are available in A2 (42 x 58 cm) this is due to the artwork not being ideal to be printed in that size.
Paper Finish
We currently offer 3 paper types for our prints. Gloss , Satin And Matte
Gloss ? Gloss coated paper has a high sheen. Gloss papers have less bulk and opacity.
Satin ? Satin coating is a less shiny coated finish. It has a lower gloss level than gloss finish, yet a higher gloss level than matte finish. Colors are sharp and vivid.
Matte ? Matte coated paper is a non-glossy, flat looking paper with very little sheen. The coating still keeps much of the ink from being absorbed by the paper, which produces excellent, vibrant color.

5x7 & A4 sized posters are put inside a protective sleeve and we use strong cardboard backed envelopes. This way your poster will arrive with no damage at all.
A3 & A2 sized posters we use strong postal tubes and we seal the end caps so nobody can open them during shipping!
Domestic Shipping We Dispatch our Orders Every Working Day. Free Delivery usually takes 3 - 5 days Depending on where you live. However your order might come sooner or later. If you do not receive your item within 14 working days please contact us and we will check your order with the courier. 24 Hour Shipping is Available. International Shipping Due to Orders being lost we now only offer Tracked International Shipping. We will add a tracking number to your order once we dispatch your item. International Shipping may take up to 30 working days Depending on the country. We accept payment through PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, VISA , Master Card. Unwanted Items If you are not satisfied with your order we are always happy to issue a refund if the items are returned to us undamaged within 14 days. *Please note that returns are at the expense of the buyer. Damaged Goods We try to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. But due to the delicate nature of certain products in some rare circumstances items can arrive damaged. Please send us a message if you have received damaged items. Make sure to describe the product in as much detail as possible and include photographic evidence detailing the damage to the product. We will contact you within 24 working hours to process a replacement Terms & Conditions Damages must be reported within 14 days of receiving the item. ae98prints reserves the right to request the return of the product without notice before issuing a refund or replacement.
