SUMMARY: A stunning solid silver & gold pocket watch by the famous watch-maker, Omega of Switzerland, with a 15 jewelled hi-grade movement. This is a beautifully made keyless-wound pocket watch, made in ca. 1915, and the watch engraved on the case, Omega, .  The buy it now price is a clear reflection of the rarity, stunning condition and long-term investment for this watch.

THE DIAL: 95% mint, the white enamel dial with black Roman numerals and in bright condition with no hairlines, but a chip at dial edge at 3.00 and to seconds dial centre. The dial with fancy gold hands hands. Diameter is 42 mm and signed Omega. The  crystal is also in excellent condition and retained securely. 

THE MOVEMENT: 100% mint, with a gilded 3/4 plate and a regulator, and blued screws. A cut two arm bimetallic balance, with Breguet hairspring and lever escapement. The movement overall of very good quality, with a cut-away plate and gold plated wheels. The watch ticking away on my desk as I type this, and keeping very good time for a 100 year old watch. The movement signed on the top plate, "Omega" and number of 4,3xx,xxx, dating from 1914. The watch is much brighter and  crisp than in these dark photos, which are limited by my camera and lighting equiment.  The watch is in very good working order for its age. 

ion.THE CASE: 99% mint, the solid silver and gold  case measures an impressive 50 mm. The front and rear covers both close nice and tightly . The case edges to front and rear bezels gold plated and in very good condition. The case fully marked with  a case number of 1821717 and marked sterling silver, Swiss hall marks, Omega sponsor mark and case number of 435,2875. The rear cover  in fine condition, with very nice crisp engine turning. The watch comes with a new presentation box to store the watch when not in use. 

The watch comes with its period solid silver Albert chain and T-bar and swivel as shown.

This is a high quality case, a work of art in its own right in crisp condition and of jewel like quality. The pictures show minor reflections and various dark marks, these are an artefact from the lighting and are not present in the watch case. This is a very fine period watch in simply stunning condition, which is a very rare collectable item or a possible investment for the future or of course a fine gift for a birthday, anniversary, wedding etc.
