An original British Army fuel can which is dated 1/35....(January 1935.)

It has much of its original Khaki paint finish and is embossed SHELL MEX, BP LTD, plus having the shell emblem.   The can identical to the WW1 Issue with the pattern not changing until the "Jerry Can".   This one probably for Despatch Riders as marked "Two Stroke"....82 years old.
