Delivery

• We offer a fast turnaround and try to send out stock items the same day if ordered before 2pm.
• Some goods come from the manufacturer so please allow 1 working day extra, this has already been taken into account with the post by date on the listings.
• Where despatch takes longer such as handmade items or Finesse handles etc, the estimated despatch time will be clear on the listing description.

Returns & Refunds

You may return an item within 30 days from the date of delivery, excluding any delivery charges. Any returned item must be in exactly the same condition as it was originally received, this includes internal and external packaging and all fixings, goods must be new and have no signs of use. We will not accept returns that do not follow these guidelines.

Return postage cost to PHG Direct Ltd will be at the buyers expense.

We will check any product returned prior to a refund.

Made-to-measure items / bespoke items can not be returned for refund. This includes curtain poles, hinges and forge work.

All refunds once checked will be made within 1 week of receipt of goods.
