Condition is good for age. Most likely made in the 1940s/1950s. Tag reads Made in Hong Kong The bag closes but as you can see it sits askew. I believe this could probably be fixed. Lining is intact but frayed at parts.  Small stain inside the bag (as picture shows) Two Rhinestones still present on the opening clasp. Really beautiful example of tapestry work.
