Full page pictorial article from 1959, extracted from a magazine, describing Britain's first robotic lighthouse, designed to be left unattended, Dungeness, near to the proposed site of the nuclear power plant. The article, printed on high quality 1950's paper, has been carefully extracted from a no longer usable magazine. It has not generally suffered from any significant yellowing of the page although some ageing and wear is inevitable. There are no significant creases and will look superb framed.  There is unrelated print on the reverse side.   Please note: this is an original vintage article extracted from a magazine and is not a reproduction. It is not a magazine or brochure. Dimensions: Approximately 360 mm x 240 mm (14" x 10") including borders.
