Terms of Sale

* If you are not fully satisfied with your item, Please get in touch before returning any item or Leaving Feedback, as many problems can be rectified via a message or E-Mail. I've gone above and beyond over the years to maintain my 100% Feedback Score and Ratings :) It is essential that you Contact Us prior to returning any product for a Returns Authorisation Code. You should always package any returned items in a suitable condition to avoid postal damage.

* If you change your mind about your purchase, you can return it for a refund with 30 days from the date you placed your order. You are required to return the goods at your own cost and will receive a refund for the cost of purchase less the initial postage costs (except if wrong item sent). The returned goods must be in an as supplied, sealed, new and unused condition. Also worth keeping a receipt of Proof of Postage from the Post Office.
