I aim to dispatch by chosen postal service on same day, if purchased before 12pm. I am responsible for items lost in the post and will issue a refund when it is clear that the item is missing and not delayed. I will accept unsuitable returns in original state within 14 days of sale, but will ask you to pay return postage costs on any item that doesn’t 100% delight you unless item is not as described. Postage costs include the price of packaging and the weight of the item and in some instances, extra insurance so please keep this in mind. Channel Islands may be required to pay an additional postage charge. Please do ask before purchasing. I will post abroad using the Global Shipping service only. I do have pets and so occasionally there may be a stray hair that’s gone undiscovered, please don’t discriminate me for loving my animals! Items are stored in a smoke free environment, but are sourced from everywhere, so items that can be washed/freshened will be. I will combine shipping on multiple items. Please ask.
