Express £7.99: Your parcel will leave us by a Royal Mail Next Day Tracked & Signed for service before 1pm. 

Standard Europe & USA £12.99: These leave us via Royal Mail Tracked service. Please allow 6-12 working days for delivery. 

Express Europe & USA £19.99: These leave us via UPS Tracked service. Please allow 1-2 working days for delivery. 

Express Rest of World £24.99: These leave us via UPS International Tracked service. Please allow 1-3 days for delivery. 

We regret that we cannot send the following items internationally; Bodyboards, Surfboards, Skateboards and Luggage.

Important Delivery Notes

• If you order before 12 noon we aim to get all order dispatched the same day.
• All deliveries take place between 7.30am and 6pm Monday – Saturday.
• Remember that all our delivery times quoted are working days so allow for weekends and bank holidays.
• All orders placed after midday Friday will be sent the following Monday.
• Extreme weather conditions can occasionally affect the speed of your delivery.
• Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

There are some postcodes that we are unable to offer next day delivery these include:

AB – Aberdeen, BT – Belfest, GY – Guernsey, FK – Falkirk, HS – Isle of Lewis, IM – Isle of Man, IV – Inverness, JE – Jersey, KY – Kirkcaldy, KW – Orkney Isles, PH – Inverness, PA – Renfrewshire, TR 21-25 – Isles of Scilly, ZE – Shetland.

If after you have purchased and received your items, they do not fit or they are not suitable for any reason you can send them back to us. They must be in the same condition as received, with tags intact and unworn and returned within 14 days of the original purchase. We can then refund the purchase price or exchange it for another size.

EXCHANGES

Send your return back to us confirming the size you would like to swap it for. Exchanges are sent back out for free. We will send you email confirmation when we have processed your exchange.

NOTES ON RETURNS

1. Items must be returned to us within 14 days of invoice date.

2. If you are returning an item because it doesn't fit or you don't like it when it arrives then you have to pay the postage back to us.

3. If an item arrives to you and is damaged, or not as described on the website then contact us before sending the item back.

Please note that you are responsible for items sent back to us until they are received by ourselves. Please get proof of posting and we recommend returning expensive items by an insured method such as recorded delivery.
