This watch is an ex display model. It has recently had a new battery professionally installed. The crown will be pulled to preserve the battery life while in storage. This watch is in unused condition and was a display piece in a shop window/display cabinet.

For this reason we sometimes have to remove the manufactures protective film and wrapping to give you the best quality photos.

This is then carefully replaced back onto the item. Cotton gloves are used when handling a Watch, Sunglasses or any other type of delicate jewellery for its photo shoot. 

Postage:

If ordered before midday, we aim to dispatch on the same working day. Sometimes this is not always possible. In this case, we will dispatch the next working day. Delivery normally takes two to three working days from the date the item was dispatched. If you do not receive your goods within 5 working days, Contact us and we will chase up your order. All high value items are sent special delivery and will be tracked. This item will be delivered via Royal Mail. If you are not in, don't worry. Royal Mail never leave any parcels on the door step. It will be returned to the depot. You then have the option of either requesting a redelivery at a time that best suits you, or you can choose to pick up the item at your local Royal Mail sorting office. Just remember to take the card that was posted through your letter box. You will also need a valid form of ID when picking up items from the sorting office.  

Returns:

We do accept returns on this item however, you will have to pay the return postage. You have 14 days from the arrival of your item to be returned. Return postage must be tracked. Refunds will only be honoured once the item is back in our possession and the item is in the same condition as when it left.
