tod piker  Cornwall Bridge  Studio Pottery.  A  stoneware, hand painted,   avial vase

A charming vase with typical Cardew bird inspired decoration, created  by TOD PiKER @ Cornwall Bridge. Typical, stoneware thrown form , no mistaking the the influence for the illustration.. Tod  trained at Wenford Bridge with Svend as his mentor in 1970.  Quiet, understated and yet a definative piece.

Approx. 11.5cms diameter, 10cms tall. Condition, very clean, fresh and undamaged. Both the Cornwall Bridge Pottery and Tod's personal seals to the base, indicating this to be an exhibition quality piece.

I have a large stock of 20thCentury Studio Pottery & Ceramics and welcome enquiries if you wish me to list a particular potter on ebay. You can contact me by using ebay's, "contact a member" facility or through my ebay shop.

Feedback & Stars: If you cannot leave an all 5 star rating; then please leave none and call me on 07966 17 16 53 to tell me why.  I try to deliver nothing short of a 5**** service.

General terms, valid unless countermanded by any additional terms or variations. Please ensure that you have read these before bidding please.

#  Payment: Paypal or cheques in UK.  I will accept cash upon personal collection.          Paypal or cheques written in £ Sterling, for international buyers.

#  Invoicing: All postage fees quoted in my listings are estimates and whilst usually accurate, it is preferable for buyers to wait for an invoice before making payment as the costs can often reduce in their favour.

#  Delivery: UK postage, Recorded Delivery and Special Delivery if over £50. International by arrangement. (please contact me to discuss before bidding). Unlike most ebay sellers, I accept that, (under English law), it is the seller's responsibility to deliver, hence the signed-for delivery, and, therefore, I will make claims for any delivery transgressions.  Please do not ask for any non-tracked or uninsured delivery methods.  Items returned by the postal services, for any reason, will incur a further charge for redelivery. Mis-delivery due to incorrect address being supplied by the customer via ebay/paypal, will exclude any liability on the part of the seller to provide financial redress for any loss or claim. Customers are always welcome to arrange their own shipping.

#  Multiple purchases:  Where these are made, please wait for me to contact you with revised and consolidated postage costs.

Customs Duties, Taxes; Customs duties, import charges, local taxes; are the responsibility of the buyer. In the event of any return, these will not be refunded. Any return duties and taxes incurred by me will be deducted from a refund. All customs declarations will be accurate and honest, please do not ask for any variations.

#  Damage: If items are damaged,  photograph the damage and packaging together. Always retain packaging for inspection. No claim (and therefore, refund), can be made if these instructions are not followed.  Loss; most shippers will require at least a month to elapse before the item is considered lost. Therefore, in this case, please understand that I am obliged to delay a refund until this period has passed and is not due to tardiness or reluctance on my part. Refunds will be made only of the original purchase price; I will not entertain claims for consequential loss.

#  Returns/refunds: I will accept returns over a 30 day period but expect to be notified within seven days of receipt of the goods. If there has been a case of mis-description, damage or loss, (see above), then I will refund the original price including postage and return postage.

If a UK purchaser makes a return under their statutory rights of the Distant Selling Act, then I will refund the original price and postage. The buyer is responsible for return postage.

In all cases the buyer is responsible for returning the goods in original condition.  If the item is lost or damaged in shipping, then, they still own it and must make their own insurance claims.

International returns are subject to negotiation and postage/shipping is not refunded.

# Feedback: I do appreciate the courtesy, of buyers letting me know when an item has arrived safely. All feedback now counts – both yours and mine. Reciprocal feedback will always be posted once a buyer has made their comments.

DSR Ratings OR the stars that you, the seller tick.

Item description and communication are fairly obvious. The next two can be highly contentious.

Speed of dispatch. This is how fast I post the item not the quality of shipping service. I try to keep a buyer's costs down. Thus I will send by 2nd class recorded delivery or parcelforce 48 where possible. If you wish to spend more on delivery then ask for 1st class. It will make me no more money and means you will bid less for my pots. BUT do not mark down my scores because of speed of delivery. I usually dispatch any item within 24 hours of payment and that is what you should score upon. Not the quality of postal service.

P&P charges.  Again, I endeavor to keep my customers' costs as low as safely possible. Most of the materials I use are recycled, although I do have to buy in new materials which are not cheap. The post office stamp price is usually within 50p of the quoted cost; much more and I refund. Do consider that ebay/paypal now charges me 15% on postal charges, so on all and especially, very expensive shipping I will be subsidising the cost, sometimes, by several pounds. Even on basic shipping, it costs me more than I charge. Thus bear this in mind when dishing out stars, please.
