Titon Trickle Night Vent Mixed UPVC Timber Windows Trimvent S13 2700EA 4000mm²

Titon trickle vents are one of our most popular and reliable vents; each set comes complete with inside and outside canopy, matching screw cover caps and screws. The Titon 4000mm² is designed with a night vent facility - a unique internal controllable tilting T-Bar which offers complete control of ventilation with an option of complete closure.

In an economic climate where we are insulating and draught proofing our homes to keep energy costs down, we forget that we need to ventilate our rooms to release the trapped moisture that our bodies breath into the air; tasks such as cooking, ironing and washing dishes add daily to the problem. Fitting trickle vents will help with condensation problems and in turn alleviates issues with damp and mould. Each Vent Provides 4000mm² of free area ventilation when installed in the window / door frame, head, add-on or sash.

The Titon trickle vent comes in White, Tan and Brown and mixed colour internal/external options of White internal with Anthracite Grey (RAL 7016), Tan or Brown external canopies.

Fitting Guide:

• Prepare slots and pre-drill fixing holes. Avoid glazing rebates and reinforcements, (please see diagram in gallery).
• Fix vent and canopy using screws and attach screw covers. DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN!
• We recommend use of silicone sealant along the canopy sealant groove and when necessary on the underside of the ventilator.
