Here for sale is one Original Clam Style Cased Melbourne House  " THE HOBBIT"  Vintage 1986 Commodore  C64  Disk in Fully Tested  Working Order/Condition and remains cosmetically Extremely Good  overall and includes the Original Clam Style Case / Cover Inlay / Instructions / Note & Disk only. (Nothing else is included within this sale).

Pictures within this listing show the Actual Clam Case and Contents you are about to purchase with several images to show the actual Game loading on my personal Setup with some additional images showing both the Introduction Screen(s) with Some Game-Play and the Directory contents of the disk. This has been done simply to offer my personal assurance to you that this game has been recently tested and the images declare that this is indeed the case.

This Vintage Disk Game has been tested on my own Personal Commodore 64 (BreadBin) Computer System and was tested with one Original Vintage Used 1541 Disk Drive (see pics) and found to be in working order. Game has been tested working on the upper side.  Region: PAL (UK) Aesthetically the condition of the actual Diskette itself is Extremely Good overall.  Outer Black plastic diskette housing/surround remains in Extremely Good overall cosmetic condition with a minor amount of surface marks/scratches/wear applied throughout. The "Game Labels" applied to either side both remain in Very Good fully legible overall cosmetic condition with some lesser staining/wear present but has no noticeable peeling or lifting and no bubbling under the label(s) whatsoever. Assumed Original Sleeve is present in Very Good cosmetic condition with some lesser wear apparent but exhibits no tearing/writing/blotting or creasing. There will be various marks/scratches throughout the game diskette from prior usage but this is to be expected on most used vintage games of this age. Please study the pictures  carefully to see the exact item you shall receive. The Original Clam Styled Case (Upper and Lower Folded/Hinged) is included in Very Good  overall cosmetic condition with no major damage applied. It has some lesser surface markings/wear/tear applied throughout the outer plastic film and inner black padding with some lesser corner/edge crease/wear applied but nothing too drastic. The Inner plastic membrane(s) either side to house the diskette game & Instructions remains in Extremely Good cosmetic condition with no major damage and no excessive tearing and only exhibits some minor surface wear applied. The original "Outer Sleeve/Inlay" is included in Very Good overall cosmetic condition with some wear/tear apparent throughout and some lesser staining and may show some lesser tearing/writing/blotting or staining but appears to not shoe any major creasing/bubbling. Original Game Instruction Booklet & Notes Page are both included in Very Good fully legible cosmetic state with some minor wear/tear apparent throughout. There are no signs of tearing to any folds and very little noticeable staining and does not exhibit any major staining/writing or blotting. Some minor creasing may be evident throughout. Please Note:- The Commodore 64 Console / TV-Monitor / 1541 Disk Drive shown on any of the included Pictures are NOT! included within this sale and is simply the Game itself!.
