A presentation letterhead featuring a swatch of bed linen that Ringo Starr had slept on whilst staying at The Whittier Hotel in Detroit during The Beatles 1964 US tour - The Beatles played two shows on the same day at the Olympia Stadium, Detroit, 6th September 1964.

The letterhead, on Whittier Hotel stationary, reads as follows:
"This is to certify that the Beatles stayed at the Whittier Hotel, arriving at 1:17 A M. September 6, 1964 (Detroit Time), occupying Executive Suite No. 1566, checking out at 2:05 P.M. September 6, 1964.
This is also to certify the bed linen below so designated is authentic and factual as to each of the "Beatles" using same".
Condition :
The letterhead has a small water mark/ripple on the right hand edge, and the original adhesive has bled through the swatch and the paper (see photos for further reference).
