Returns

For hygiene reasons we do not accept underwear, swimwear & lingerie  returns unless your item is faulty, all goods are thoroughly checked before  sending. Please contact me within 24 hours of receiving goods if you wish to 
return them. P lease note: buyer is responsible for all postage costs.
We obtain a certificate of posting for all items sent so in the unlikely event  of a parcel going missing this will be provided so you can make a claim.

Payment & terms

Orders are usually shipped within 1 day of receiving cleared funds, 
please check listing for any holiday messages, as when away posting will be delayed. Buyers can pay by Paypal, personal cheque or Postal Order. If paying by cheque, goods will be sent out 7 days after cheque is received  to allow time for bank clearance. Please note: We do not offer free postage when a best offer has been accepted
