Handmade by renowned maker Moser Glassworks in the late 19th century, in Bohemia (present day Czech Republic) home to the world's best glass artisans and painters, the decanters feature elongated steeple-form stopper resting in a gilded ring neck, and elaborately decorated with decadent gold gilding and intricate brushstrokes, with a portrait medallion, depicting Naser al-Din Shah Qajar (1831-1896), the Shah of Persia.
This rare beautiful piece demonstrate why Bohemian art glass is so highly sought after.
