PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

LATEST SUPER eDIY 5 by Aluminium Scaffold Towers, NON-Stiffener Version.

The SUPER eDIY Scaffold Towers are British designed and manufactured in our ISO 9001 factory with safety and durability in mind. The horizontal and diagonal braces are positively locked on to the tower frames using colour coded wing nuts.

Outriggers can be added on the lower heights for extra stability and are included as standard on working heights above 5 metres. Optional extras include height adjustable baseplates for use on uneven ground and height adjustable locking wheels for when the tower needs to be moved around often.

We are an ISO9001 accredited manufacturer and a member of PASMA Manufacturer - one of the very few to achieve the British Standard Kitemark (BS EN 1004 Class 3 Standard) for mobile scaffold towers. The company takes pride in its range of scaffold tower products, all of which are manufactured to the highest quality as well as meeting exacting industry safety standards.

The DIY tower incorporates welded frames, quick locking braces and advanced guard railing - with options for height adjustable base plates or height adjustable castor wheels. For our TUV GS marked trade tower the focus is strongly on keeping weight to a minimum whilst maintaining rigidity, strength and safety. The trade tower also offers substantially greater working height capacity (9.65m) than any other tower in its class. On our industrial tower (Kitemarked) we have made installation even easier by redesigning and reducing the weight of the toe board, to further enhance a product that has already been sold in its thousands across the UK.

DELIVERY

We aim to deliver next working day on all tower orders to most UK mainland locations received by 4pm the previous day, other items are 1 - 2 working days, subject to stock availability. Whilst every effort is made to deliver next working day, delivery will normally be 1 - 2 working days for towers, however we shall not be held liable for any consequential losses, damages or expenses incurred by you the purchaser or any third party arising directly or indirectly due to late or non-delivery of the order or any part thereof.  Charges for delivery are included in the stated product price with the exception that an additional charge for: (1) Cornwall, London and Scotland (other) for a small surcharge; (2) Scottish Highlands, Scottish Grampians, and Isle of Wight; (3) Dublin, Northern Ireland , Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Scilly Isles, Scottish Isles and foreign countries. RETURNS

FAULTY GOODS If your purchase develops a manufacturing fault, you must stop any use of the product and contact us immediately, we will generally collect and exchange or refund the item provided it is found to be in ‘as new’ condition. This does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse, for which there will be no refund or exchange. Any refund does not extend to the cost of collection and redelivery and the goods will need to be inspected beforehand. UNWANTED GOODS WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE Provided your purchase remains unused, unopened and ‘as new’ we will accept the product back for a full refund up to 30 days after purchase without question. You will be responsible for returning it to us and it will need to be inspected prior to reimbursement. If you wish, we can arrange for the goods to be collected but PLEASE NOTE we reserve the right to charge a 40% restocking and insurance fee (or ￡25, whichever is greater). If the product returned is not in a fully resalable condition or the packing is damaged we reserve the right to refuse any refund on the item. Please allow up to 10 working days for refunds to be processed. Goods Damaged in Transit and Shortages You must thoroughly check the goods at the time of delivery as you are signing the carrier’s receipt that you have received them in good condition. We will not be responsible for any goods signed for as satisfactory. In the unlikely event that the goods have been damaged in transit, you must refuse the delivery and inform us immediately in order that we may despatch a replacement as quickly as possible. You should inform us immediately and no later than 48 hours of any shortages so that we can take up the matter with the carrier and trace the missing items.
