All of our vehicle parts come with a 30 day return policy. The return policy applies to faulty parts ONLY. Unwanted or incorrectly ordered parts cannot be returned. We do not cover labour costs. All parts are secretly marked and removal of the marks will invalidate any returns. Parts must be returned in a condition identical to that shown at time of purchase. We do not take stock or library photos of parts. Removal of sub components or tampering of any kind as to render the part inoperable or to compromise part quality will deem the return policy void and no refunds will be given. Unless stated otherwise the buyer understands that all parts are taken from right hand drive vehicles.

Please inspect all goods before signing off with the courier to ensure the item has not been damaged in transit. If goods prove to be damaged do not sign and contact CullenCarParts immediately. If a part is delivered faulty, CullenCarParts must be notified within the 30 day period. If a replacement part is not available within 7 days after the notification date, then a full refund will be offered.
