Nearly all of our products are hand made in our print studio, our products may have varying dispatch time as each product is made to order, a dispatch time will be clearly displayed in the product description so please ensure you read fully. We only operate during office hours Monday To Friday, No orders will be processed during weekends or bank holidays
. we make every effort to ensure delivery times are met, but
cannot be held responsible for dispatched orders delayed by third
parties, for example due to poor weather conditions. If
you do not receive your order within 7 working days from the date of
dispatch, please contact us through the Ebay messaging service and we will provide a swift response.
We accept payment by Paypal, all orders will need to be paid for before dispatch.
We
will accept a change of mind return provided it is within the first 30
days starting from the day of purchase. The customer is eligible for a
full refund during this period. You are responsible to return the item
with the original packaging and the same condition as you have received
the item return postage costs are not refunded in the final amount. Damage during transit or before you return the item will
negate the return period. You will not eligible for a refund/exchange
after the first 30 days of purchase. You
can upgrade to a different product, if you are willing to pay the
difference for the item you would like to upgrade to.
For

For any defective product or an order that arrives damaged please let us know as soon as possible as well as sending photo's of the damage so we can investigate, please don't be offended if you are asked to provide evidence it's important we investigate what has happened in order to offer a suitable solution as well as to avoid mail fraud. Due to the nature of our products we only honour warranties and returns on damaged products and orders due to manufacturer error or damage during delivery we can't be held responsible for any damage or product failure which is due to incorrect fitment, window tinting especially does require dexterity and isn't recommended for a complete beginner, before you commit to purchasing any of our graphics or decals please make sure you have researched how to apply them the internet has a wealth of help and guides on fitting almost any of our products. Please
make sure to contact us if you have any problems regarding your item or
if you would like to return the item back to us. Our friendly customer service
team will look to resolve your problem as quickly and efficiently as
possible.
