These are large items and are sent out with an express courier service. The courier will bring the item to your door but is not insured to take it into your house. Our couriers provide a delivery service only and will not be able to assist in the removal of your old mattress.

Important : When you request a return through eBay, eBay may give you an option to buy and print a Royal Mail return label. Please do not use this option to return this product. Royal Mail will only accept items up to 2KG so this return method will not be suitable. We will be happy to help you out by arranging a courier collection to allow you to return any unwanted items. If you would like us to arrange this you need to contact us to find out the return courier cost for your item(s) and arrange this directly with our customer service team. Alternatively, if you would like to arrange your own courier please contact us beforehand to find out the correct return address for your item(s)and also any necessary return instructions. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel your order within a period of 14 days. The period of 14 days begins on the day after the day you receive your goods.  At Aspire we extend that statutory returns period to allow you 30 days in which to evaluate your products. Should you wish to return an Item due to personal preference, then you as the customer will be responsible for any return postage or courier costs.  Items should be returned to us in due to personal preference should be returned in as new condition and where possible with all of the packaging intact. If your item arrives damaged, then we will happily replace any items affected free of charge or collect item(s) for a full refund (*Applies only within 14-day cancellation period). All our products come with a minimum 12 months manufacturer warranty (unless stated otherwise at time of purchase). If your item(s) appears to be faulty outside of your 14-day cancellation period, we will collect the item free of charge pending a factory inspection. If a fault is found with the item(s) within the manufacturing warranty period, we will replace all affected items free of charge. Should the items be found to not be at fault and we believe has sustained damage due to miss-use, items will be returned to you and a re-delivery charge will apply. What happens if my item is delivered damaged?       Our products are packed well for delivery and we only use trusted couriers however you are unfortunate enough to receive a damaged product then don’t worry we will replace the damaged part or the whole unit depending on the severity of the damage.

Once you sign for the delivery it is signed as delivered in good condition unless you state to the courier it is damaged. Please write on the delivery note or drivers hand held device that the item is damaged even if it appears to be only cosmetic damage to the box. This is extremely important to allow us to claim for any damages. If the damage appears to be significant then you can refuse the delivery and the item will be returned to us. We will then organise for a replacement to be sent out at no extra cost to you. Simply contact us as soon as possible and we will organise for the parts to be sent to you. Our aim is to get the replacement parts to you as quickly as possible at no cost to you.

Usually we will need photos of any damage either to the item or packaging to be sent to us by email this help us to improve the packaging for future customers and to assist with any claims.

Please note that for damaged items we need to be notified within 48 hours of the item being delivered. We are unable accept claims for damaged items that are submitted over 48 hours after delivery.
