Postage for UK mainland only. For all other UK locations and for international buyers, Ebay Global shipping programme will be used.
+ Orders received before 11am GMT are dispatched same day. Orders received after 11am will be dispatched the next day. Orders received after 11am on Friday will be shipped on Monday. We will always contact you if we can't dispatch your order within those timelines.
+ Please ensure your order contains the correct shipping address with a valid email address and current telephone number where you can be reached.
+ Delivery methods - we use different methods of delivery. This will depend on the order value and weight as well as the destination. For most of our products we can arrange for a Next-Day shipment (UK) or an Express service. Please contact us if these are required.

Combined Postage
We send all our items on a free combined postage economy service to UK mainland. We also offer combined postage on our Standard service and Express service. If you require combined postage on any of these services, Please add all your items to the basket and request a total from the seller. Kindly wait until we send you an invoice prior to paying. Once the payment is made we cannot issue refunds.
Kindly note we do not offer combined postage on items measuring over 60cm.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days from date you received the purchase. Please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Non Returnable items are:- Custom or personalized orders, Perishable products ( Dried Flowers, Spices, Dried bunches, Preserved Flowers and leaves Dried or Preserved grasses, dried twigs, dried pods, dried fruits), items on sale or items that has been taken out of the sealed package in which it was delivered to you.
