 Front Cover :- Along with a local ink stamp, has normal expected age wear, creasing and scuffing, heavier around the edges, especially the top edge which has heavier wear, and an irregular shaped 4mm. x 1cm. piece missing close to the top right hand corner, ( see scan ), along with some discolouration and age stain marks  on the lighter background. Also, the spine area has heavier wear, creasing, scuffing, discolouration and stain marks, along with some stress lines, heavier at the staple areas, while all four corners have become blunt due to expected age wear, heavy scuffing, small folds and slight erosion, especially the top and bottom left hand corners, with the above mentioned piece missing at the top right hand corner and a 3mm. triangular piece missing at the bottom right hand corner.

Back Cover :-  Showing normal expected wear and creasing, mostly around the edges, especially the top and bottom edges which have a heavier wear, scuffing  and a few nicks, making them slightly uneven ( see scan ), along with some discolouration, stain marks and age stain marks on the white background and border areas. Also, the spine area has slightly heavier creasing, scuffing, discolouration and stain marks ( see scan ), along with some stress lines, while all four corners have become slightly blunt due to expected age wear and heavy scuffing, especially the top right hand corners which has slight erosion.

Spine :- Still solid and strong with expected wear, creasing, scuffing and discolouration, along with some stress lines, heavier  at the staple areas, while both ends have normal expected age wear,  heavy scuffing and slight erosion, especially  the bottom end..

Inside :-  Both inside covers have some tanning and age stain marks, mostly around the edges and close to the spine. Otherwise, clean and complete with expected edge tanning, all held tightly together with staples showing heavy corrosion, although the centre pages have become detached from the upper staple causing a vertical tear, while the  'mail ' page / advert page have a 1.2cm. x 7mm. piece missing at the bottom right hand corner
