Shipping	The Buyer will notify a single address for delivery.  Included Shipping is to standard UK postcodes which does not include Highlands and Islands, should there be additional costs for shipping we will advise you before we dispatch. We dispatch Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays. Orders placed before 15.00 will leave the same day. The Buyer must inspect the goods on arrival and must inform Powerdrive of any defects or shortages within 24 hours of receipt. Delivery times are only approximate. Delays in the postal or courier systems must be considered and therefore please allow some extra time for arrival. If you have concerns over deliveries, please contact us.
Returns	Should you need to return an item purchased from Powerdrive please ensure the following conditions are followed:   If an order is received damaged or defective a case must be opened within 24 hours of receipt by the customer. For any other reason returns will only be considered within 14 days from delivery to the customer. Beyond this time no returns will be accepted.  All cases are raised through eBay Resolution Centre. The product is returned to Powerdrive with evidence of the purchase date and invoice number. The product has not been misused or handled carelessly. It is in its full retail package and with all labels. Clothing must have not been worn and is spotlessly clean in its original packaging and labels attached. If returned as unwanted or a similar reason it must be returned in a condition to enable the item to be resold as new. Repairs have not been attempted by customer The item is sufficiently well packaged to prevent any damage in transit, items received damaged will not be accepted for refund On return the product is certified by Powerdrive as being defective. The Buyer will pay all shipping costs for return. You may wish to obtain a Proof of Posting. Refunds will only be considered if all of our terms are met.
