Pack of 100 Nail Care Client Continuation Record Cards (size:A5 21cm x 14.8 cm) for use with our "base" Nail Care Record Card. The Continuation Card enables a further 29 treatments/purchases to be recorded for each client. Printed on 2x sides; Side 1 =14 treatment record lines + name/dob of client to enable matching up with the base record card; Side 2 = 15 further treatment/purchase record lines. Treatment Record Details = Date, Details of treatment/purchases, Charge and name/signature of Technician. This 100 pack represents a saving of £2.38p (cards + postage costs) when compared to ordering two separate orders of the 50 pack

Important note re postage costs: The ebay calculated cost is correct for orders up to 2 packs. For orders of 3x packs or more don't pay until a revised invoice is issued. If you pay the full amount before a revised invoice is issued then I always process an immediate paypal refund for any excess p&p paid.

For whatever reason, ebay doesn't always allow the option of ordering different card types, not paying until we revise the invoice(s) to reflect a combined postage/lower postage cost. In these instances we will always effect a paypal refund to reflect the reduced postage cost against the postage paid for each individual item ordered and paid for.
