Strawberry Milkshake In beautiful unused condition, there are no chips or cracks. The only issue is a very small amount of craze lines forming in the glaze just on the upper side of the lid where the glaze has collected in deeper pools - this is a very normal ageing process in ceramics. The rest of the pot has no crazing. Carlton Ware - manufactured in the 1980s. Marked with the brand on the underside. 18cm/180mm tall. Possible uses: honey, preserve pot, sugar basin or even a trinket dish It has never been used, just displayed. It will be packed really well to send which is realistically includes the postage/packing. It will be double boxed and packed with lots of protective packaging. Ebay take 10% of the shipping fee too.
  • Condition: In overall lovely condition. Never actually been used just displayed since I purchased it from new (NOVA in Huddersfield). No cracks or chips, the only issue is a small amount of craze lines forming in the upper side of the lid, where the glaze has pooled slightly in deeper areas of the milk-shake 'froth'. It's a very common ageing effect in this type of ceramic. It is unobtrusive and visible only upon close inspection. Stunning piece of vintage pottery.
