We offer free delivery to the mainland UK and same-day dispatch on orders placed before 2 pm.

Returns & Cancellations:

We'd like you to be happy with everything you purchase from Mossodor Lighting.

Though we hope that you will never need to return anything, should you need to do so, we aim to make it as quick and easy as possible.

If you wish to cancel your order with Mossodor Lighting, you can do so before it is dispatched. We strive to send out orders promptly, so please contact us as soon as possible. If we have not yet dispatched your order, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.

Refunds will be made within 14 days of cancellation. If your order has already been dispatched, you can still get a refund by following our returns procedure. For unwanted goods, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and we may reduce your refund if there is any damage caused by handling.

Refunds will be made to your account within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods. If any of the goods you receive are faulty due to materials or workmanship, contact us and we will work to resolve the issue. This may involve a repair, replacement, or refund. While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of product information, mistakes can occur.

NOTE: Unfortunately, we are unable to exchange items, however, please feel free to re-order once you have received your refund.

Items being returned need to be unused, unopened, with any seals still intact, in the same condition as received and show no sign of wear. Goods must be unused, in clean order and in a resalable state or they will not be accepted. Damaged goods cannot be refunded.

My item has been damaged in transit

We do our utmost to ensure our items are carefully packed and protected, however, sometimes damage can occur in transit. Once you have received your item, please ensure you check it for any damage straight away.

If you are unhappy in any way with the condition of your purchase, please let our Mossodor Customer Services Team know within 2 days of receipt.

You can do this by contacting us through Contact Seller on eBay. Any damage reported after this period will not be considered transit damage.

Payments:

We take payment from your card or PayPal account upon receipt of your order and verification of payment details and stock availability.

Mossodor Lighting is not responsible for the content of external websites, including PayPal's terms and conditions. To protect against unauthorised card or PayPal account usage, we may validate personal information provided during the order process against third-party databases.

If we discover an error in the price of goods, we will notify you and offer the option to reconfirm or cancel your order. Our prices are shown in £s sterling but exclude delivery charges unless otherwise stated.

Return Information:

Always make sure you insure the item you are returning. In the event of transit damage, we will not be able to make any repairs and you will need to claim the cost of the item from the courier. If you are returning an item, we would recommend taking photos of the item before you pack and send it. This will act as evidence of condition before transit should you need to make a claim against the courier.

If a product is returned as faulty but not found to have a manufacturing fault or if a fault has developed as a result of misuse, accidental damage or expected wear and tear, no product or postage costs will be refunded.

Items returned to us via collection or pre-paid label can take up to 14 days to be delivered back to us for assessment. Please note that it can take 3-5 days for any refund given to be shown in your PayPal account.

Tracking Details:

Once we send out your order, you'll receive the tracking information on the eBay portal. If you can't receive your order when it's delivered, the courier will attempt to redeliver, after the delivery attempts, the courier to return the item to us, the courier will charge for this service, and these charges will be applied to you, if you want the item redelivered, we will send you an invoice separately.

If some items might need special delivery, we'll coordinate with you to set a specific delivery date.

Additonal Information:

If we make an error in our product descriptions or prices, we will do our best to honour our offer. If we are unable to do so, we will contact you and explain the situation. If we cannot come to a fair resolution, we reserve the right to refuse your order and issue a refund.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as strikes, or power cuts, we will do our best to minimise disruption to our business with you. However, we will not be held liable for any failures that result from these events. Please note that all sizes and measurements provided are approximate.

Some of our items are large and heavy, so we may need to use special couriers, which could affect delivery times. If your item falls in this category, it will be delivered via pallet services, which is a kerbside delivery. You will have to be available to receive your goods, if missed, an additional charge of £30 will apply. Please check the tracking number, to stay updated. We'll keep you updated if anything changes.

It is crucial that you inspect all goods upon arrival for any damages, faults, or missing items, and notify us of any issues within 48 hours of receipt of your goods. Mossodor Lighting cannot be held responsible for damages or missing items reported after this time.
