This is very good condition with top, bottom and right edge of the front cover lightly flapped or overhung. As is typically the case the flapped front cover has multiple bends and tiny tears, no paper loss though, backside reinforcement  along the edges with filmoplast archival paper tape. Back cover at the bottom right at the spine.  Grading is subjective. CAREFULLY look at the photos, zoom in on them. Judge the condition for yourself please.  PLEASE ask questions before your purchase. Shipped in bagged and boarded between stiff cardboard and with delivery confirmation.
