Payment Terms

Our preferred method of payment is by Paypal.

All auctions and Buy It Now listing prices include VAT.

A VAT invoice is supplied with all purchases.

Shipping Terms

We use DPD Local or Royal Mail for most of our domestic parcel deliveries.

All deliveries are traceable and most will require a signature so please ensure someone is present to sign for your item. The couriers will try and deliver the item twice before returning the item to us. Should the item be returned to us a charge for redelivery may be applicable.

We run an automated ordering system so please ensure your correct shipping address is selected on the PayPal / eBay checkout as we can only send to the address specified at the time of purchase. This is an eBay policy and is designed to prevent all parties from online fraud.

An express delivery option is available for £8.95 on all items to mainland UK. If your order is placed before 3:30pm (Monday to Friday) it will be dispatched the same day and delivered usually within 2 working days (for some out of area or remote postcodes, deliveries might take slightly longer).

Orders Delayed/Missing in Transit

We promise to do everything we can to ensure you receive your order within the time-frame specified. Occasionally events beyond our control may result in your parcel being delayed whilst it is with the courier and we cannot be held responsible for such delays. All items are sent using a tracked and traced service. If your parcel is lost or delayed, please let us know via the eBay messaging system and we will act quickly to locate and resolve your problem. All claims for missing items must be made within 28 days of the date of your order.

Express Services

As a valued customer, we can offer a paid for £8.95 next working day delivery (Excludes weekends). To qualify for the next working day service your order must be placed before 3:30pm the day before. However, we still operate a free 1-3 working days delivery in accordance with the appropriate postage option chosen at the checkout stage.

What do I do if I have not received my delivery?

All courier deliveries will automatically send a text or email to your registered email address or phone number logged within eBay. First check these messages as they will indicate the status of your package. If this does not provide the information, then please contact us via eBay messages and we'll get back to you quickly with a response and status information.

How much does delivery cost and how long will it take?

All of our listings have free delivery to UK mainland addresses and use our standard 1-3 day delivery service. Please note that we do not dispatch orders on weekends. Expedited options are available for all products.

Which delivery companies do you use?

We use Interlink Express and the Royal Mail. The courier will require a signature upon delivery.

What happens if I'm not at home to accept delivery?

If you are not available to sign for your delivery, the courier may leave a card to advise that a delivery has been attempted. Interlink Express utilise the “Predict” service allowing deliveries to be rescheduled using the text message or email notification system. To re-arrange delivery or arrange to collect the parcel, please follow the instructions on the card or message.

Return policy

Please note we use an automated order processing system minimising picking and packing errors. Once placed we cannot be held responsible for incorrectly ordered items. All items are dispatched utilising the preferred postage method selected at the time of purchase. We are unable to upgrade or change any services
