All Protone fitness resistance bands are constructed from high grade Malaysian latex and are securely fastened to heavy duty metal carabiners, helping you get a great workout.

Resistance bands are a fantastic tool to tone, lose weight, build strength and build muscle.  They are so versatile that almost every exercise thinkable can be adapted to resistance bands.  From bicep curls to leg raises, everything can be done.  We include a workout guide booklet to help get you started with the basics, but for more advanced users just a simple google search will show you how to perform all exercises possible.  For strength and muscle gains, go heavy or combine bands for extra strength and perform your exercises slow and steady to challenge your muscles and promote growth with low reps.  For toning and weight loss, choose a medium to heavy weight and perform each exercise with speed and control with higher reps to raise your heart rate and get a fat burning work out like no other!
