Registered cover bearing adhesives totalling 2s 3d, tied by two superb upright strikes of the "RELIEF No.3 / PAPUA N.G" cds, dated 13 DE 1961, this being the first of ONLY THREE DAYS when this relief postmark was used at Bulolo. Addressed to Milford, New Zealand, the reverse shows a further superb "RELIEF No.3" postmark plus transit marks of Sydney on 15th Dec and Takapuna North on 21st December. Apart from some light stray postmark ink on the obverse, it is in very good condition.
