This is a superb pair of Victorian solid silver teapot finials.  They are modelled as flower buds and leaves.  Both have English hallmarks showing Queen Victoria's Head as Duty Mark and Lion Passant for sterling.  They also have the silversmith’s mark of S.S for Stephen Smith of Covent Garden London who first registered his mark in 1865.  The finials would date to c1870.  Each finial measures approx. 5cm x 5cm x 3 ½ cm and they have a combined weight of 60 grams.  The finials still have their butterfly screws.  A beautiful pair of antique silver finials.     PLEASE HAVE A LOOK AT MY OTHER EBAY ITEMS   I ship WORLDWIDE and if possible will combine shipping on other Purchases
