Q: What if I want to return an item for a refund? A: All returns for refund will incur a 14% restocking fee. Defective, damaged or DOA items will be exchanged for a working unit. There is no returns available on items such as strings, moutpieces reeds etc Q: How do I ship back my Return/Exchange? A: The customer can choose any transportation method (Australia Post, or courier, etc.) to return goods for refund or exchange (including defective items). We suggest using a shipping service with tracking capabilities and delivery confirmation. Q: I need a replacement ASAP! A: A replacement for a defective item can be shipped out straight away, if the buyer provides a tracking number for the returned defective item. Q: Is there a warranty on my item? A: All new and open box items carry a 12 month warranty valid in Australia. There are no warranties on items such as strings and reeds etc Q: What if my item is defective? A: Customer must contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return or exchange. Customer is responsible for transportation of the item back to us. We will send out the replacement at our expense.Payment Payment

Q: Can you ship to an
alternate address?
A: Yes we can ship to an alternate address (work address etc.). Please
be sure to confirm you have put the correct address in for shipping
when you checkout and pay. if incorrect address is supplied, customer
will be resposible for any additional charges in making delivery.
Q: When will my item ship?
A: Most items ship within 1 business day of payment clearing. Please
note some payments may go through PayPal as an echeck and not clear for
several business days. Your tracking number will be updated on your
ebay purchase.
Q: Shipment Tracking Number?
A: In the evening after close of business your tracking number will
be uploaded to eBay and can be found in the Order Details of your
purchase in your "My eBay" page. Please note, in most cases single
packs of strings, or other such lower priced items will not have a
tracking number.
Q: Do you accept Money Orders?
A: No. Money orders are not accepted.
Q: Can I get a lower price?
A: If a "Make Offer" appears in the listing under "Buy It Now" please
feel free to submit an offer and a sales associate will get back to you
with our lowest price. We will not accept offers on items that are "Buy
it now" only.
Policy forReturing Items
Refunds and exchanges on reeds, mouthpieces, strings and other accessories are not accepted due to the personal nature of the products. These products are non-returnable unless there is a known manufacturing fault or defect. Defective Items:Defective products must be returned to us within (14) fourteen days of the item received date to be eligible for replacement; Items will be replaced with the product originally purchased.
