1.1 All item(s) are visibly and invisibly security tagged to prevent fraud, this includes UV PEN, engraving, video recording/photographs of serial numbers of all parts prior to dispatch.  

1.2 Please check the part number to ensure compatibility with your vehicle and that you are ordering the correct part before purchasing even with left hand drive vehicles. It is the BUYERS SOLE RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK THEY ARE ORDERING THE CORRECT PART intended. If you are not sure, send us a message.  

1.3 All parts mechanical or electrical must be fitted by a qualified competent mechanic/technician or by a reputable garage. Also, electrical parts may require programming to the vehicle using a manufacturer approved diagnostic machine, so check with your fitter.  

1.4 All mechanically operated returned items are at the buyers cost unless tested upon its return to be faulty as all items are marked to prevent fraud. All items have to be returned to us at the buyers expense for it to be tested as all items are tested before being dispatched out and if the item is proven faulty and we do not have a replacement part then the carriage cost will be reimbursed to the buyer along with the part refund but a recording with our part on the vehicle taken along with a diagnostic machine print out will be required to aid this by a qualified competent mechanic/technician on a company letter head stating the customers full details   (reputable garage).  

1.5 Be advised that it is the company's policy that all electrical parts are NON-REFUNDABLE. But as you are aware the buyer has a 14-day eBay returns policy when receiving goods which does not affect your statutory rights. But please be advised before purchasing of any electronic parts please support a diagnostic print out from a reputable qualified garage with your details before purchasing as it is tended to be very well known on wrong diagnoses of the vehicle hence parts wanting to be returned.  

1.6 Please note that there is a 30% restocking charge on any parts ordered incorrectly, therefore we urge all customers to check before buying.  

1.7 Gearboxes/Engines must be installed by a qualified mechanic, or the warranty will be void. Gearboxes/Engines must be installed following the manufacturers recommended procedure and all consumables must be changed including new timing chain or belts if recommended by the manufacturer.  

1.8 All items are sold with a warranty as stated in our listings. The warranty covers the part only and does not cover any labor costs incurred in fitting or removing the part or any consequential loss. The warranty does not cover any costs incurred with moving or recovering the vehicle (and or part) if it is immobile.   

1.9 All parts that contain oil, fluid must have all new fluids and oil replaced according to manufacturer's spec before fitting. All gaskets/seals also need to be fitted new according to manufacturer requirements.  

2.0 When purchasing common rail, injectors, high pressure pump, we require a diagnostic print out of what part is required and if a part is faulty the same as if it needs to be returned as all our parts are tested, pictured, security marked before dispatching from a qualified competent technician.  

2.1 It is the prime responsibility for any duties and taxes which are to be paid for the actual value of the item purchased by the (BUYER), as all countries vary. As this is something which is not in a control  

2.2 We accept cash payments for pick up, and all postage/freight services to EU & INTERNATIONAL countries/International countries please email with full contact details including address for a quote.
