Finalsan WeedFree Plus is a total weed killer with immediate effect. Due to the special combination of active ingredients, the root-deep effect lasts for weeks. Finalsan WeedFree Plus combines pelargonic acid with a growth regulator.
The pelargonic acid also occurs in nature, for example in many plants of the geranium family. The fatty acid provides the immediate effect, it destroys the cell walls of the above-ground green parts of plants. At the same time it promotes the uptake of the growth regulator into the plant tissue. The growth regulator is transported via the pathways of the plant into the root vegetation points. There it prevents the cell division in the educational tissues (meristems). This prevents the re-emergence of the roots for weeks. Finalsan is effective against annual and perennial weeds and grasses as well as against mosses and algae. Particularly persistent weeds such as greed and field horsetail can be reliably fought with it. For best results, the weeds should be 5-10 cm tall. For Giersch and Horsetail, the effect is best when they are 10 cm high. Since this is a total weed killer, garden plants should not be taken. We therefore recommend the use of a spray shield.
