Motiontech Limited's Returns Policy

• If the item is not faulty, but you decide you do not want it
• We will refund to you any part of the price that we have received, provided the item(s) have not been specifically tailored to your specifications, or personalised, or the item(s) by their very nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate, and the item is returned within 14 days
• You will have to pay the cost of returning the goods to us.
• If we allow an item to be returned after 14 days we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 35%.
• Please contact us through EBay to arrange return of items Faulty, Incorrectly Supplied and Damaged Item.
• If an item has been incorrectly supplied, received damaged or is faulty (or becomes faulty within its warranty period) then please contact us to arrange its return.
• On receipt of the item, we may (at our discretion) replace, repair or simply refund the value of the goods and any carriage costs.
• This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Our Contract

When you place an order to purchase a product from Motiontech Limited on eBay.co.uk, eBay.co.uk will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we have dispatched that product to you (the "Dispatch Confirmation E-mail"). That acceptance will be complete at the time we send the Dispatch Confirmation E-mail to you. Any products on the same order which we have not confirmed in a Dispatch Confirmation E-mail to have been dispatched do not form part of that contract.
