The Model 230 PULS SYNERGY has a synergistic welding function with the DOUBLE PULSE, which makes it possible to achieve the highest quality weld seam when welding thin components made of stainless steel, aluminium etc.

MIG 230 enables MIG/MAG , MMA and TIG Lift welding. It can be used in metalworking shops, assembly repair shops, etc. The 230 Dual Pulse Synergy model will allow to combine low-alloy and unalloyed steels as well as magnesium , aluminium , nickel , copper and their alloys. MIG/MAG is a welding method using an electric arc produced between the consumable electrode (which is a wire fed continuously) and the material being welded. This process takes place in a shielding of active or inert gases, and most often carbon dioxide, helium or argon is used for this purpose. In this way, durable, good quality welds are created. Can also be used to process thin sheets, especially in the automotive industry.

The welding handle is equipped with teflon insert and the device has a special roller. This allows to weld aluminium.

In MIG MAG mode we have the possibility of manual settings or the use of automatic synergy programs :

FeC/Co2  - FeC/Co2 - MAG welding of carbon steels with CO2 shielding FeC/ArCo2 - MAG welding of carbon steels with Ar + CO2 308-316 -Welding of stainless steels by MIG method, in argon shielding with admixture of 2% CO2, or in pure argon AlMg5 -Welding of aluminum alloys with magnesium, MIG method, in argon shielding AlSi5 - Welding of aluminum alloys with silicon, MIG method, in argon shielding
