Loyal Industrial Aluminium Scaffold Towers – Loyal Tower 850

Our Loyal Towers are certified by BSI with Kitemark to the EN1004 Class 3. You will not go wrong in buying British Standard Kitemark Scaffold Towers. For the past few years, they have been sold well in UK. We offer Single Width (850mm) and Double Width (1450mm), both with 1.8m and 2.5m lengths, each combination has 23 different working heights ranging from 3.2M (10'6") to 14.2M (46'7"). There is a tower in this range for almost every job.

These are heavy duty scaffold towers with powerful and strong 51mm diameter vertical and horizontal welded frames with an easy grip and safe "ribbed" profile. They are in compliance with the 3T method (Through The Trapdoor). With Quick Locking Braces holding the frames in place, no tools are needed for assembling and disassembling.

Constructed from aluminium which is lightweight, firm and yet strong, and rust-free, unlike the galvanized steel alternatives. Towers can support a weight of 950kg (149.2 stone) including tower self-weight.

Large 200mm (8”) diameter colour coded height adjustable dual-locking wheels. offering strength, saety and ease of movement and brake mechanism to work on uneven ground, stairs and steps.

Strong 51mm diameter vertical and horizontal welded frames for greater strength. Ribbed non-slip profiles used on all framework components and braces for extra safety and strength as well as easy and superior grip.

Platform can be set at increments of 0.5m (1’8”) ensuring maximum flexibility to work at a variety of heights – indoors or outdoors.

Integral ladder section incorporated into the tower frame with comfortable, non-slip, ribbed rungs set just 20cm apart for ease of climbing.

One piece lightweight aluminium foldable toeboard for ease of installation and for carrying up and down the scaffold tower.

Colour coded brace hooks for ease of assembly.

Tower is climbed internally - through a trap door which is then lowered and becomes part of the platform.

Lightweight for ease of use and transport, yet safe and stable for your reassurance.

No tools required for quick assembly.

Tower uprights have a "ribbed" nonslip profile for extra safety and strength.

Tower features non-slip rungs for your peace of mind when climbing the tower.

Outriggers / stabilizers with rubber bottomed flat feet are included in the taller towers for maximum grip and extra stability.

DELIVERY

We aim to deliver next working day on all tower orders to most UK mainland locations received by 4pm the previous day, other items are 1 - 2 working days, subject to stock availability. Whilst every effort is made to deliver next working day, delivery will normally be 1 - 2 working days for towers, however we shall not be held liable for any consequential losses, damages or expenses incurred by you the purchaser or any third party arising directly or indirectly due to late or non-delivery of the order or any part thereof.

Charges for delivery are included in the stated product price with the exception that an additional charge for:

(1) Cornwall, London and Scotland (other) for a small surcharge; (2) Scottish Highlands, Scottish Grampians, and Isle of Wight; (3) Dublin, Northern Ireland , Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Scilly Isles, Scottish Isles and foreign countries.

RETURNS

 

FAULTY GOODS

If your purchase develops a manufacturing fault, you must stop any use of the product and contact us immediately, we will generally collect and exchange or refund the item provided it is found to be in ‘as new’ condition. This does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse, for which there will be no refund or exchange. Any refund does not extend to the cost of collection and redelivery and the goods will need to be inspected beforehand.

UNWANTED GOODS WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE

Provided your purchase remains unused, unopened and ‘as new’ we will accept the product back for a full refund up to 30 days after purchase without question. You will be responsible for returning it to us and it will need to be inspected prior to reimbursement. If you wish, we can arrange for the goods to be collected but PLEASE NOTE we reserve the right to charge a 40% restocking and insurance fee (or ￡25, whichever is greater). If the product returned is not in a fully resalable condition or the packing is damaged we reserve the right to refuse any refund on the item. Please allow up to 10 working days for refunds to be processed.

Goods Damaged in Transit and Shortages

You must thoroughly check the goods at the time of delivery as you are signing the carrier’s receipt that you have received them in good condition. We will not be responsible for any goods signed for as satisfactory. In the unlikely event that the goods have been damaged in transit, you must refuse the delivery and inform us immediately in order that we may despatch a replacement as quickly as possible. You should inform us immediately and no later than 48 hours of any shortages so that we can take up the matter with the carrier and trace the missing items.
