Quality and robust extruder gun for potters, pottery students (classes) and home potters. This large extruder gun has a barrel nearly 11 inches (27cm) long and 2.25 inches (57mm) wide. It is an all metal extruder, ressuringly strong and ideal for producing a range of extruded shapes, perfect for tasks such as producing coils for coil pots or handles for mugs and jugs. It comes complete with a quality set of British made stainless steel extruder plates (much higher quality than the aluminium plates often sold for extruder guns). The set includes a half cut-out blanking disk which greatly simplifies the process of blanking off the unwanted shape, on those disks that offer two possible shapes. The photos of pottery items in the workshop are to give just a couple of examples of how extruded shapes can be used. The extruder gun enables both adults and children to be creative in the use of shapes that might otherwise take longer or be more difficult to produce.
