Free Domestic Shipping.   From a Virginia Estate where the collector worked an entire lifetime to collect the best and finest possible example of every British Army 1914-1918 "FIELD POST OFFICE" and "ARMY POST OFFICE" World War I numeric, alpha and alpha-numeric Handstamp Cancels. This item did not fit into the collector's primary collections of markings and was maintained separately.  This item WAS NOT removed from either of the larger collections compiled by the collector.  In other words, this item was not cherry-picked from elsewhere. There are no contents.  Postal cover portion only as follows: A worn roughly opened envelope with a perfect strike of a blood-red "LONDON OFFICIAL PAID 5 SP 16" circular datestamp over a very light and indistinct Black Oval. Also a "On Active Service" endorsement and a square red "PASSED BY NO. 2290 CENSOR." Soldier's signature in the lower left. Addressed to Secretary of the Army & Navy Cooperative Society on Victoria Street, Westminster, London. Very Interesting. Opened on three sides.  A stamp hinge is at left around from the obverse to the reverse. Terms and Conditions:
