Item:254240836343This French antique rouge marble and bronzed spelter clock garniture comes in excellent condition and good working order. It has all the original parts including the pendulum and key. The French solid brass 8 day bell strike clock movement is stamped with the makers mark (Medaille OR Paris 1900 T Martin) to the backplate (see photo) and strikes on the half and full hours. It has a hand decorated enamel dial that is clean and in excellent condition. The figure to the top of the clock has a plaque that reads "L'ACCIDENT por cau???" and the two urn garnitures are signed A MOREAU. The metal castings are high quality showing fine detail and a convincing bronzed finish. There is a small hard to spot historic repair to one of the cast metal scroll feet on one of the earn side pieces.The clock stands 22" (56cm) tall and measures 12" (30cm) wide x 7" (18cm) deep at the feet. The side pieces stand 17 1/2" tall and measure 6" x 5" at the feet. UK buyers only please.Condition:All original parts. Excellent condition. Good working order.
