For your consideration is an original Rogers group entitled "Going for the Cows".It has a patent date of Dec 2nd 1873 and is marked John Rogers New York on the front and underneath the New York is the address of Rogers studio. I don't know if the address was a later stamp that Rogers made on the bronze master because there are many examples of this group that don't have the address. The group overall is in good condition. There is some flaking but not enough to have to repaint the sculpture. Email if you have any questions.
