Traditional tunic shirt for formal wear. This is a genuine vintage garment, designed to be worn with a separate collar and collar studs.
Invicta vintage Marcella tunic shirt, made around the 1920s/1930s.It is in superb condition. This is a good quality, white formal evening dress shirt. It is a collar size 15 approx (not marked in the shirt). This is a collarless "grandad" tunic shirt. It would originally have been worn with a separate Marcella collar. The collar would have been held in place with a pair of collar studs. (Collars and studs are available on my other eBay listings.) Colour: White. Long sleeves. Marcella double cuffs for cufflinks. Marcella front panels (please note: these are straight-edged, not the more usual rounded shape). The front of the shirt has mother-of-pearl button fastening. Size (from garment measurements) Collar size: 15 inches approx (not marked in shirt) Chest measurement: 42 inches Shoulder to shoulder: 18 inches Length, neck to hem at the back: 37 inches Length of sleeve, shoulder to end of cuff: 23 1/2 inches Length of sleeve, armpit to cuff: 20 1/2 inches Note: this shirt needs a separate collar, shirt studs, and a pair of collar studs to attach the collar to the neckband of the shirt. I have plenty of collars and studs available on my other eBay listings. Condition: This is an authentic vintage shirt, probably made in the 1920s/1930s. It has been freshly laundered (but not starched).
