VAT Exempt

All prices shown are VAT exempt and in order to qualify for this you must provide us with the name and specific medical condition or long term illness that the user is living with.   For example: Arthritis, Learning Disability, Partially Sighted etc.  Unfortunately, ‘old age’ or ‘elderly’ does not qualify for VAT relief.  You can send us his information through the VAT form, in the PayPal notes during your purchase, send us a message through eBay or you can e-mail us. If you are unsure if you qualify for VAT relief please contact us, we’ll be happy to help.   If you do not qualify for VAT relief, let us know and we can send you an amended invoice straight away. We may not be able to send your item until the additional VAT is paid or condition provided.   

Delivery

Our free delivery is to UK mainland only and will be with you within 2 working days.  There will be a delivery surcharge for Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands.

Returns

In line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations you have 14 calendar days to change your mind.  All we ask is that the item(s) are returned unused and in the original, undamaged packaging.  You will be responsible for the return of the item(s) and associated costs, we recommend you use a tracking/signed for service as refunds will not be given without receiving the item first.  We can assist you with arranging return delivery at your own cost, please feel free to contact us if you would like assistance returning your item.  A refund will be given within 14 days of receiving the item, providing it has been returned in its original unused condition, this includes the original, undamaged packaging.  Returns without the packaging will not be accepted for a full refund.  A deduction can be made if the value of the item has been reduced as a result of it being handled more than necessary before returning.
