A professional submersible pump with a vortex impeller, designed for customers who need a strong and reliable waste water pump.

The pump is widely used for draining waste water draiage pits and flood stations.

The materials used guarantee long-term and faultless operation.

Motor shaft is made of stainless steel. Motor chamber is sealed with a double SiC/ SiC mechanical seal. The pump uses a multi-channel impeller for pumping large diameter impurities.

The motor has a Class F winding insulation and this single- phase version isadditionally equipped with thermal protection mounted in the winding.

The pumps have bearings manufactured by NSK in Japan.

WWS - Water Services prides itself on its customer and after sales service. We strongly believe that setting out our terms clearly rather than burying them in small print is what our customers should be able to expect from us.

Nearly all of our orders are processed without incident, goods are delivered on time and work without any issues. However on occasion things do go wrong. Parcels can get mismanaged by couriers, traffic or weather can prevent deliveries arriving on time.

We can provide you with a wealth of technical knowledge by either a phone call or an email, and if we don’t have the answer you need we will either get it for you, or provide you with details of someone who can.

Damaged/Missing Items or Wrong Items

PLEASE CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY TO REPORT ANY DAMAGE

Nearly all our orders arrive on time and in the same excellent condition they left our warehouse. If damage is noticed at point of delivery then please refuse the order and it will be returned by the driver. Parcel Force deliveries are no exception to this process, please take advantage of this service wherever possible so damage can be reported immediately and the goods taken away and quickly exchanged.

As with all new purchases, we understand that you will want to open and test your item as soon as it arrives. It's very important that you report any damaged, missing or incorrect items to us as soon as possible, preferably on the day of delivery. If this isn't possible we consider it reasonable that your items will have been checked prior to use and reported within 5 days. If you do not intend to use your goods immediately, please open and inspect them before storing, Damage requests reported too late will be refused.

NOTE: Do not try to use any item that appears damaged without calling for advice first.

We want to sort any such issues out for you as soon as possible, so please contact our customer service team immediately for a solution and resolution.

Failed Deliveries

We understand that sometimes you will not be available to receive your goods. If you have ordered a small item, it may be left at your local post office or courier depot for you to collect (you will receive a card informing you of this). For large items, if you are not available to receive your goods, a second attempt at delivery will be made the following day, if still unsuccessful there will be a redelivery charge.

Please remember  it is your responsibility to ensure that the item purchased is suitable for your application and that the use of the item complies with all applicable regulations.
