DeliveryAt Livewell Today we put you, our customer, at the heart of everything that we do and we understand the importance of having your item delivered quickly which is why we provide a Fast & Free Delivery service across the full range of products on our eBay store.
If you have placed your order before 2pm we will dispatch your order the same day using one of our trusted national couriers and they will deliver your item to you the next working day. If your order was placed after 2pm your item will be dispatched the following working day.
If you have ordered a large item such as a mobility scooter, riser recliner chair or electric wheelchair you may want to take advantage of our white glove delivery service (£80) where our experts will bring your product inside your house to a room of choice and provide a full installation & demonstration service, giving you complete peace of mind. This service takes place with 7 working days and an appointment 48 hours before delivery will be provided.

If you have ordered an item over 100kgs please allow up to 48hours for your item to arrive, to ensure the best delivery service we must ensure your order booked with a two-man team.
ReturnsPrior to returning your item you should always contact us through the eBay messaging service so that we can provide you with a returns number for your order, this allows your returned parcel to be connected to our system for a refund.
If you wish to return or cancel your order, please let us know within 30 days of placing your order.
If for any reason you are not happy with your product because of suspected damage either in transportation or on delivery, then you must inform us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
To return an item to us it must be in its original packaging and in a re-saleable condition as any damage caused might reduce your right to return the product for a full refund.
We reserve the right to request images of your product before authorising its return.
