Seller: timerunner56 (924) 100%, Location: Bournemouth, Dorset, Ships to: GB & many other countries, Item: 293079322779 Good Early Pair Of English Brass Grandfather Clock WeightsA very nice pair of English brass grandfather clock weights in very nice condition. These are very hard to find from such an early period, around 1700-1730. Weighing 14kg together, approximately 8kg for one and 6kg for the other. Measuring 7.75in high not including the hooks. One has a dent near the top and one hook has been (been redrilled). Would have come off a top London made Grandfather clock, so a very rare survivor. I haven't polished them so sold in the same condition that I bought them. One weight has the letter 'W' etched onto it while the other has 'S' so perhaps the original owners initials? Please view photos to see condition etc. Items will be very well packed for transit. A very nice old pair of early clock weights sold as seen for restoration/parts with no guarantee or returns.
