Welcome to my auction for my stunning Gledhill Brook fusee time recorder
I am clearing out my collection of Gledhill Brook time recorders and spares and I have here a Gledhill Brook time recorder This is for a single Gledhill fusee clocking in clock. Serial number 56997 with all matching numbers, that dates it to 1939 This is the rarer early fluted style oak case with the flat face and sight ring This is in lovely unmolested condition and is running perfectly keeping exact time.  This has been hanging and ticking away quite happily in my garage for some years and would benefit from a dust down and polish etc but is running perfectly keeping exact time. I do have a video of it running but seem unable to upload to the listing but can send if required The oak case is in very good clean condition with a great patina and still retains the rare Gledhill logo in gold lettering on both sides and the dial face is in lovely undamaged condition.   Lovely smooth mechanism in full working order, (although the print ink ribbon has long since dried up !!) and is currently ticking away quite happily and keeping excellent time and can be seen running. Just a little dusty and dirty !  Complete with original door lock and brass winding key. With a working ringing bell when the stamping lever is depressed.
